Lauren Brownstone began Heartwise Development Services with a vision to improve our work lives by setting everyone up for success. She recognized the biggest impediments to organizations achieving their goals came from the culture of the organization and its people’s core skills. While she has tremendous success delivering high rates of skill transfer and behavior change on a wide variety of initiatives, she has shifted her practice to focus on where teams can gain the most value - creating the circumstances, inspiration, and self-management habits that impact every initiative.
Additionally, Lauren recognizes the necessity of equipping everyone at every level of the organization with the skills they need to operate at peak performance and prepare for the future of work.
